Hi, I'm Victoria!
I'm a wellness coach who has been on a mission for over 25 years, spreading the joy of physical, emotional, and brain wellness by teaching around the world. I'm incredibily passionate about helping women manage overhwelm so they can rediscover their inner spark. And that's because I've experienced it myself!

I used to have a 9-5 job as a caseworker and I worked on the side as a health coach. I was trying to find my passion and my place in the world. I always said YES. I always did the extra work, took the extra responsibility and just kept pushing through. It was then that I started struggling with self- doubt and anxiety. I worried about my health and constantly felt overwhelmed with no time for happiness. I struggled alone because I was afraid that if I didn’t keep up my ‘perfect life’ and ‘perfect persona’ I would be judged and I would been seen as weak. I was sure no one would understand. I was living in a state of worry, overwhelm and anger everyday and I didn’t even recognize it. I had lost myself.
In May of 2014 I had a total breakdown. I couldn't move for 8 hours, my body was telling me it was time to look after myself. I took time off work. It was then that I started to be honest with myself. I began the journey of healing myself inside and out. I tapped into my roots from my health degree and my experiences being a health coach. I researched and studied how the brain works and how to reset negative pathways and create positive ones. I learned the science behind happiness and feeling good. Most importantly, I began to believe in myself, love myself and became capable of loving the world around me so much more. Through my experience and education I've developed a simple way for you to start healing so you can easily find yourself again. And it only takes 5 minutes a day!

A proud graduate of Queen's University in Health Promotion and Physiology, Wellness Coach, Brain Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, I founded the online wellness platform myrecreo.health during the pandemic to bring my style of whole wellness to the world!
