Discover the wonderful experience of moderated group support! A weekly gathering of learning and support to understand and let go of patterns and thoughts around worry, anxiety and stress. This group is space where you can tell your stories and release your worries, you can come to be just be heard or to get feedback - you get to choose! Find friendship and community through offering and receiving peer support. The Let’s Talk group offers encouraging, yet private face-to-face interaction from the comfort of home. Discussions are designed to build a connected community while digging deeper together in a small group. Topics include letting go of worry, regret, shame, guilt, progress barriers and limiting beliefs, developing self-awareness, finding confidence, practicing joy and more. This is a place for community, confidentiality, and support without judgment. We are excited to meet you there! Instructions: Sessions generally run 1 hour per week for 6 weeks. Participants receive a welcome email followed by a Zoom invitation link the day prior to the first meeting. We will have our first meeting April 19 at 7:00PM EST.
