Let's Relieve Regret Podcast

Our regrets are stories we tell ourselves. If we are constantly worrying about the past, we are continuing to support that belief in our current reality.  We were curious about what would happen if we released these worries regularly so that we can rewrite the stories we tell ourselves.   So we decided to do an experiment - What happens if we dedicate time to releasing our regrets?       This is a show where we take a moment to reveal the messy bits about ourselves, without judgement.   It’s a show where we can reflect, learn, grow and maybe even laugh about our actions, attitudes and behaviours.  It’s a place where we can speak our past, and learn from it.

Shadoe Ball

Shadoe Ball is a mess.

Her apartment is never organized, she jumps from project to project, and always seems to be starting a new job. She is always enthusiastic, sometimes loud, and occasionally quite moody. She is learning a lot in therapy about how to balance these feelings and share conversational space.  She lives in downtown Toronto with her husband Ben and their dog Gertie.

Victoria Muir-Burcea

Victoria is a work in progress.

She always learning some new sciencey facts about the brain or wellness and is always trying new strategies to improve her physical, emotional, and mental fitness.  She can be pushy when she is really excited about an idea. She is learning to take down the walls around her and be more self-aware.  She lives in the Beach in Toronto with her husband Cristian and their cat Olivia.
