Hey There, I'm Victoria

​For over 25 years I’ve been helping women rediscover their spark and thrive in every chapter of life.

​

Ten years ago, burnout forced me to stop - literally. After being physically and mentally  paralyzed for eight hours with a stress and panic attack, I knew something had to change.  I stepped away from my 9–5 and began healing my mind, body, and nervous system.

 

That journey changed my life and once I experienced the freedom on the other side, I knew I had to help other women find it too.

​

I’m a Queen’s University grad in Health Promotion and Physiology, a certified Wellness Coach, Brain Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer.

 

I founded myrecreo.health to bring my whole-wellness approach online, and I co-host the Let’s Relieve Regret Podcast, where we share, reframe, and release regrets.

​

When I’m not helping women feel their best, you’ll find me exploring Toronto’s Beaches with my husband Cristian and our mischievous cat, Olivia.
