Club Recreo focuses on realistic wellness for real life. Instead of pressure, perfectionism, or extreme routines, the membership supports the brain, body, and nervous system together through small, sustainable habits and a supportive community.

Who is Club R.E.C.R.E.O. for? 

Club Recreo is for women who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stressed, disconnected from themselves, or tired of trying to keep up with unrealistic wellness routines. It’s especially supportive for midlife women navigating busy lives, burnout, and major life transitions like perimenopause, menopause, retiring, kids leaving home, relationships changing and more.

Can Club Recreo help if I feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or burned out?

Yes. Club Recreo was created to support women who feel mentally and emotionally overloaded. The classes and resources are designed to help reduce stress, support nervous system health, and create realistic wellness habits that feel manageable in real life. 

 

Many women join Club Recreo because they’re feeling stressed, anxious, mentally exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. The wellness practices inside are designed to feel supportive, calming, and approachable.

Is Club Recreo designed only for women in their 40's?

No!  Midlife isn't just your 40's!  We see midlife as ALL of your active years, in fact it's the biggest part of your life, it's your 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and even beyond.  If you want to live younger, have more longevity and superage this is the place for you.  Club Recreo was designed with midlife women in mind, including women experiencing stress, burnout, brain fog, changing energy levels, and the challenges that often come with this stage of life - the middlfe part of your life!

Is this membership focused on weight loss?

No. Club Recreo focuses on whole-person wellness - including emotional wellness, stress reduction, brain health, movement, energy, and nervous system support rather than diet culture or extreme weight loss approaches

Are there live classes or only recordings?

Club Recreo includes both live classes and replay options, so you can participate in real time or access sessions when it works best for your schedule. Live classes are run either at 12 noon or after 5pm EST.

Can I access classes anytime?

Yes. Members have access to a growing library of wellness class replays and resources that can be accessed anytime, making it easier to fit wellness into busy lives.

I Created Club RE.C.R.E.O. Because I Know What It Feels Like to Lose Yourself in Survival Mode

Ten years ago, burnout stopped me in my tracks. A stress and panic attack left me physically and mentally paralyzed for eight hours and forced me to confront how disconnected I had become from my own body, brain, and nervous system.

Like so many women, I had spent years pushing through exhaustion, overriding stress, and believing that wellness meant trying harder.

It didn’t.

That breaking point changed the direction of my life.

I began rebuilding my health from the inside out — learning how the brain, body, and nervous system actually work when we stop living in constant survival mode. What started as my own healing journey eventually became the foundation for the work I do today.

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked in wellness, and I hold a degree in Health from Queen’s University. I’m also a certified Wellness Coach, Brain Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer. But more than any title, I’m someone who deeply understands what it feels like to be overwhelmed, wired, exhausted, and trying to hold everything together.

That’s why I created Club R.E.C.R.E.O.

Not as another pressure-filled wellness program, but as a supportive space where midlife women can reconnect with themselves through realistic, science-backed wellness practices that actually fit into real life.

Inside Club RE.C.R.E.O., my goal is simple: to help women feel calmer, clearer, stronger, and more like themselves again, without burnout, perfectionism, or extreme routines.

My hope is that Club R.E.C.R.E.O. becomes a space where you can finally exhale, reconnect with yourself, and remember that wellness doesn’t have to feel so hard.
